I was born and raised in Seaford, Delaware. In 1994, I enlisted in the U.S. Coast Guard. My first year was spent on the Coast Guard Cutter Tampa. In 1996, I went to Avionics School, and then was transferred to Kodiak, AK where I became a C-130 navigator. Two years later, I came back to the East Coast to Elizabeth City, NC. After almost 5 years of duty I was honorably discharged. I moved back to Sussex County in 2000.

Sussex County has many things to offer and enjoy. Some of the things that I take advantage of are the beach, hunting, and fishing. My biggest hobby is motorcycling. There is nothing better than jumping my Harley and going somewhere new on the shore.

Since back in Delaware, I have been involved in a few non profit organizations. I have been a member of Ducks Unlimited since 2000. I am a past chairman of the Tidewater Chapter. Later I moved up to the state committee, where I am currently the Delaware Ducks Unlimited Newsletter Chairman. The Rurtitan is the organization I have been the most involved in over the last several years.. Little known to many; Rurtian is a civic service organization that began in 1928. I have been involved with the Sussex Central Club since 2003 and served as President. I am now the Delmarva-NJ District Ruritan Governor.
