By the end of our Initial Consultation (usually about a 60 minute conversation), you will have greater clarity on what it takes to navigate through today's volatile real estate market. This is a time to determine your goals and review your options. In addition, you can expect that I will have clearly explained how I work and my roles as:

1. Your Advisor
2. Your Negotiator
3. Your Coordinator of all the administrative details

After this meeting, I imagine that you, like me, would like to know what your options are. I do not know if I am the right consultant for you....if not, I will let you know. You may find that I am not right for you, so please feel comfortable in letting me know. You may choose to do nothing, or to do it all yourself, or work with a more conventional agent.....or you may decide that I am your best option.

It is my intention to continue building lifelong relationships one client at a time and remain your real estate consultant for life. Your personal introductions to people you know are very important to me. Both of us will be thanking you for helping them to receive the best advice when it's time for them to buy or sell a home.
