Making the Offer
Once we have helped you find the "Right" property, it is time to make an offer
Review recent comparable home sales to determine the offer price
Explain the contracts' components to present the best offer
Explain all necessary disclosures and attachments
Assist in the decision of how much deposit to offer and the escrow procedures
Review the Home Inspection addendum and Home Warranty Information
Present offer to Listing Agent
Work in your best interest during the negotiating process
Transaction Management
Handle many of the details of your transaction
Help set up any of elected or required inspections (Home Inspection, Wood Infestation, and Water for examples)
Negotiate any problems with inspections if any
Provide and explain any preliminary closing documents
Attend the pre-occupancy walk through before settlement to ensure cleanliness and make sure all appliances are operational
Transfer necessary utilities in your name at closing
Attend the Real Estate Settlement with you to ensure accurate accounting
Service After the Sale
